I am Shane Williams, the founder of Barnabas XP. After 20+ years in IT Executive Leadership, the Lord has called me to help people, specifically pastors and the Church. He has gifted me as a strategic, analytical, and critical thinker and a constant learner. He has given me numerous opportunities to develop skills as a mentor and advisor. I have built systems, solved problems, and brought clarity out of confusion. Above all though, God has given me a heart for relationship and encouragement. The Lord has burdened me to care deeply about His Church and the pastors who serve it. God has called many to leadership and shepherding a flock but He doesn't require you to do it alone.
