Kevin Eaton

My Story

Kevin Eaton worked with Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ) from 2011 until 2024. Starting on the field doing discipleship and evangelism with college students he began to see need for his technical skills and transitioned to serving on the Campus Ministry's National Conference Operations Team. Leading a team of conference and event planners he brought order and clarity to processes that had been done inconsistently and without process. Kevin's enjoyment in building systems and processes has lead him to start a Consulting Agency where he helps people and teams get back their time and move toward what matters most by simplifying, integrating, and automating their technology. He bring a non-technical voice to often-time overly technical work which empowers people to overcome tech-lingo obstacles and get toward better faster.
Kevin has degrees in mathematics and hospitality, 15+ years in vocational ministry, and almost a decade of teaching people how to "tech" better. Latest projects include consolidating over 500 open roles in his ministry onto one "Job Board" platform and implementing a Learning Management System for staff across the US.
Kevin and his family live in Western North Carolina where they are homesteading and building things from woodworking, to spreadsheets, to processes, and apps.
