Full Assessment
A thorough process where we analyze the critical areas of your church: leadership, values, marketing, operational systems, technology, and finances. We create a comprehensive report for you and your board.
Strategic Planning
Utilizing our assessment we will work with your church leadership to ensure Vision and Mission align with the church Values as well as develop strategies to accomplish the stated goals and establish a plan.
Operations
"Your vision is always limited by your systems and processes." We will establish proper systems, technology, and financial structure to effectively leverage staff and volunteers to fulfill the calling and purpose of the church while coaching you through the plan.
